Ingredients -

Organic Black Cohosh, Organic Green Oatstraw, Organic Motherwort, Organic Ginseng, Organic Cramp Bark, Organic Chaste Tree, Organic Ginger; Organic Alcohol 50%

Instructions -

Shake well before using. Take in a mouthful of water, 15 to 30 minutes before meals or at bed time. For long-term treatment, take 6 days out of 7.

Dosage -

2 ml, 1 to 3 times per day.
