Canada

All orders in Canada more than $59 (before tax) will be shipped free. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.
Orders worth of $59 and less, will be charged $8.95 shipping fee.
Please read our list of products which are not included in free shipping.
Additional charges may apply based on weight of the product for orders from Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories.

United States

All orders from United States more than $99 will be shipped free. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.
Orders worth of $99 and less, will be charged $12.95 shipping fee.
Please read our list of products which are not included in free shipping.

Other International Locations

For all other international locations shipping charges will be calculated based on location and total weight of the parcel.
Free Shipping is not applicable for other international locations.

Shipping Process

We need 1 to 5 business days for processing your order to pick, pack and prepared for shipping.
We will notify you by email in case if we need more time for preparation of shipping of your order.
Estimated delivery time for Canada and United states is between 1 to 15 business days after it will leave our warehouse. Time is depens on location.
In Peak time and holiday seasons, delivery time might take longer than usual.
Once your order is confirmed and shipped you will receive an email with tracking number provided by Canada Post. You can track your order using
All orders are shipped considering PST.
If you have ordered multiple products and one of the product is not in stock, We may consider it shipping separately or we may refund you for non avilable product.
If we will not receive correct informaiton about your address and parcel will return to us, we may charge you the return shipping cost. In this case, you need to pay again shipping cost to receive product again.
For international shipping, customer is responsible for additional cost of custom clearance, tariffs and other charges. NaturalEmart is not reponsible for delays for international shipping and customs.
