Vitamin Code™ RAW D3™ is a whole food vitamin D complex that is a source of Vitamin D3, omega-3 fatty acids and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) for the maintenance of good health.

Typically found in two forms, D2 and D3, have been shown in clinical studies to be effective in raising vitamin D levels in the blood. However, vitamin D3 is the preferred form as it’s metabolized more effectively in the body and is in the form that
comes from the most natural sources possible—the sun and our food.
