Medicinal Ingredients: Arnicare Gel: Arnica montana Mother Tincture, Bryonia Mother Tincture, Calendula officinalis Mother Tincture, Ledum palustre Mother Tincture. Arnica Composé: Apis mellifica 9CH, Arnica montana 9CH, Calendula officinalis 5CH, Cinchona officinalis 5CH, Hypericum perforatum 15CH.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Arnicare Gel: Purified water, alcohol, carbomer 980, sodium hydroxide. Arnica Composé: Sucrose, Lactose

Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family or to one of the non-medicinal ingredients. Keep out of reach of children.

Arnicare Gel - Adults and children 3 years of age and older: Apply a thin layer of Arnicare Gel on the affected area as soon as possible. Massage gently until complete penetration. Repeat up to 3 times a day or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. For external use only; do not apply to the mucus membranes, the eyes, an oozing dermatosis, an infected lesion or a wound.

Arnica Composé - Adults, Children, and Infants: 5 pellets, 3 times per day, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Dissolve dose in a small amount of water before administering to children under 2.
